Another version of the classic handbag - the Ava leather padlock handbag in patent croc-embossed leather with gold tone hardware (28 cm). This padlock handbag has one top handle, a detachable and adjustable shoulder strap and a flap-over closure finished with a twist lock into which a padlock can be inserted. The clochette with keys is supplied with the gold tone padlock.

I am very happy with the quality of the handbag, leather and fittings and like the fact there is no name/branding on the bag. I have bought many bags from HandbagCrave recently and they have all been delivered promply and with care. Based upon my very positive experience I would certainly recommend this company and its bags.
I’m a bit disappointed with my order, mostly because of the shipping and handle of my complaints. The bag itself is lovely, truly - unfortunately it came with damaged hardware, in a dustbag with holes and missing a pony (key)hanger. When I reached out to customer service the only solution offered was for me to return the purse and reimburse me fully. I’d rather just have the pony still sent to me and perhaps receive some compensation for the damages. It took way longer than I expected for it to be delivered, there was some trouble accepting my package (fault of courier), and I had to pay clearance costs - I wouldn’t want to go through all that again just to receive a correct order this time. Again, the bag itself is gorge, but I would probably only order again if I would live in the UK - because the waiting time + clearance costs and then receiving my order like that is too much of a hassle to go through. Other than that, the product is of good quality and I would not discourage anyone from ordering, albeit living in the UK.
