How long does shipping take?

United Kingdom: 1-3 Working Days*.

Norway, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Luxembourg: 3-7 Working Days*.

Malta, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Denmark, Cyprus, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, and Portugal: 5-7 Working Days*.

USA and Canada: 5-7 Working Days**.

We ship worldwide.

If your country is not listed on our shipping countries list, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to find a solution for you to receive your order.

Orders are shipped from our warehouses that are located in the USA, Europe and Asia, depending on the product availability and your shipping address.

 

Custom Duties

For international orders, we are not responsible for custom inspection delays or custom duties charged by your country. This very rarely occurs, but we cannot give any guarantees regarding customs liabilities.

Pre-orders

Very popular items on our website may run out of stock from time to time. These items will be shown as pre-orders on the product page. Pre-orders are usually restocked and shipped within 2 weeks.

 

General Delivery Terms

Most items will ship within 1 to 2 business days, but could take up to 5 days due to the high volume of orders we receive! 

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. In case you have not received a tracking email please don't hesitate contact us so we can check your order status (don't forget to check your junk folder, sometimes our emails end up there!).

Please note that all deliveries are subject to stock availability and confirmation of your payment.

For orders with multiple items, your order may be delivered in multiple packages and package will have separate tracking details.

We may require a signature to confirm receipt of your order. If you are away from home when the postman attempts delivery, a card will be left for you with instructions.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.

All items are subject to stock availability. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
